Storage Fees.
Storage fees relate to the quantity of that particular size of wine carton in your cellar.
Consolidation.
If you select wine from your cellar as "bottle picks" some wine cartons will become
part empty. To reduce storage costs these cartons can be "consolidated" into fewer cartons.
Liquid Loyalty Delivery Discounts
($DD).
Customers will receive Delivery Discounts every month.
The size of the discount is greater for the more cartons held in storage.
It is our hope that you enjoy complimentary home deliveries.
Late fees.
We don't like to use this "cold-prickly" fee.
Please keep us up-to-date with your credit card details
and any other changes to your contact details.
Metro deliveries.
We are committing ourselves to your Delivery Discounts and getting your wine home for-the-weekend.
We have committed our resources to only delivering on
Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays (excluding public holidays).
If you have a desperate wine appreciation crisis,
you can always collect from our cellar 9am-5pm on Tuesdays and Wednesdays (excluding public holidays).
Prior to public holidays we will make additional delivery day arrangements.
