Help! I've forgotten my password

No need to panic. Click the "forgotten your password?" link on the login page. Enter in your login email address. The address that you normally use to login to our online cellar. If you don't know what that is then is probably best that you call us. If we find your email address on our system a "password reminder" is sent to that email address. Hopefully this will jog your memory as to what your password is.

Please note that we can't send you your password, as all passwords are encrptyed. So we can't tell you want it is, even if we wanted to.
